Same phone number. Same crew. Same trucks pulling up to your driveway. The only thing different is the name on the side of them. We used to go by Rapid Rooter Plumbing or Kendall Septic, and if that name is the one saved in your phone or taped to your fridge, we did not want you finding out about the change the hard way. We are now Rapid Flush, and everything else you have come to expect from us is exactly where you left it.
Nothing about how we work has changed because of this rename. If you had a technician you trusted, a service history with us, or a number saved in your phone, all of that still applies. The crews behind Rapid Flush are the same crews who have been handling sewer, drain, and septic work under the Rapid Rooter name, and we are still serving the same communities we always have, from Grand Rapids out to the Lakeshore and everywhere in between.
